Although its postwar models were popular with the American public, Cadillac underwent a major styling change in 1950. The cars were longer, lower, and appeared heavier. The hood and rear deck were longer. The rear fender was swept into the side of the car, emphasizing a longer look. Power was supplied by Cadillac's overhead-valve V-8 motor that developed 160 horsepower.
This car has never been restored. It is essentially in original condition, having been maintained over the years.
