The Chrysler 300 (300 Non-Letter Series) was as big as you could get. It was produced from 1962 until 1971.

The 1969 model year marked the introduction of the 'fueselage' look and style that all Mopars donned. The new 300 looked wider, lower, and longer, while keeping its clean lines.

Only 1,933 convertibles were built in 1969, Chrysler halted production of convertibles across the entire division lineup in 1970. This Crimson example was ordered new by a commercial airline pilot. The fully optioned 440 cubic-inch example spent most of its summer life on the Jersey shore and wintered in Florida. Having received a cosmetic refurbishment in 2011, it has tourer and been extensively enjoyed by its current owner.

It was the featured car in the 2013 University of Alabama national football championship parade and received the founder's choice trophy at the 2013 'Mopars at the Battleship' show in Mobile, Al.
