1932 Jordan Motor Model G Playboy Roadster

Edward S. 'Ned' Jordan, founded the Jordan Motor Car Company, based in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1916. Jordan offered two models: the Line Eight and two body styles, and the Great Line Eight, which included five- and seven-passenger sedans, a Brougham, and a five-passenger touring car. The vehicles used components from other manufacturers and distributors, so they were not the most technically advanced on the market, but Jordan excelled in styling and design. The bodies were built of aluminum and painted in vibrant colors. Full production continued until 1931, with over 43,000 Jordan produced.

This 1932 Jordan Playboy Roadster is one of 263 Jordan Great Line Eight cars and sold during 1931 and early 1932 using leftover parts as the firm, then in receivership, was liquidated.
