The car was driven by Hans-Joachim Stuck at the Nurburgring race in 1976. He qualified the car on the pole and was leading when the engine failed on lap 14. The car was sold in 1978 to an Italian who raced the car until 1981 in the Italian Touring car series and hill climbs. The car is powered by a 3.5-liter 6-cylinder engine developing 340 horsepower and coupled to a 5-speed Getrag transmission.
