2015 Superlite SLC Coupe

Built and designed in Detroit with contributions from Formula 1 engineers, the Superlite SLC has an all-aluminum monocoque chassis and billet push-rod suspension with a 6-point traditional roll-over cage.

It was designed and built with a 'no compromise,' 'have your cake and eat it too' ethos. It's powered by an HKE 468ci ERL Superdeck block engine with All-Pro Heads, 6 Stage Dailey Dry Sump, billet oil pan, custom hydraulic roller cam w/.750 lift. This engine pumps out a Dynojet measured 684 horsepower to the rear wheels (750hp at the crank) through a Ricardo transaxle on regular 93-octane fuel. Despite the monstrous naturally aspirated power, the engine is completely drivable with a smooth 700 RPM idle and a ruler-flat power band from 700-7000 RPM. It may also be the first (and possibly only) car with a custom 6-stage Daily Dry Sump and full AC/Heat.

The color is a custom blended House of Kolor-based Kandy Apple Red. The interior is Porsche-themed using OEM Porsche leather, carpeting, and Alcantara. Continuing the street car theme is a custom lightweight Phass, JLaudio, and Focal audio system. The entire audio system weighs a total of 28 lbs with half of it easily removable in the form of kick panel pods when track duty calls.
