1925 Pierce-Arrow Model 33 Runabout

In the late 1920s, the sportiest and most powerful model offered by the Pierce-Arrow factory was the Model 33 Runabout. It was a two-seater built on the same 138-inch wheelbase platform and powered by a T-head six-cylinder engine offering 70 horsepower. This was the same engine used to power the larger touring cars and limousines.

This Pierce-Arrow Model 33 was once owned by Horace Little, of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. It was sold after his 2001 passing to George Geers of Concord, New Hampshire. Ten years later, it was purchased by Mr. Richard Roy.

It is believed that the paint on the body is original. It has a black leather interior, an original armrest that installs between the cushions, and a replacement top to the correct design. The dashboard is original with Waltham gauges and an odometer that shows 31,703 miles. Under the hood is a 415 cubic-inch T-head six-cylinder engine offering 70 horsepower. There is a three-speed manual transmission and four-wheel mechanical brakes.
