1993 Porsche 928 Coupe

Porsche introduced the 928 model line in 1977 at the Geneva Auto Show. The 928 was a possible replacement for the 911, as sales were slumping and concerns were increasing over the current air-cooled mainstay not meeting US emissions. Herr Fuhrmann, then Porsche's AG, attempted something different and together with Ferry Porsche pushed forward as they approved the development of their new grand tourer. The Porsche 928 would go through several evolutions during its 18-year run. Some of the modifications and changes included larger displacement engines, wheels, suspension enhancements as well as exterior and interior cosmetics.

The GTS was the final version and was introduced in 1983. It was given a 5.4 liter 4 valve engine rated at 350 horsepower. It featured a sport suspension, wide Cup wheels, Cup mirrors, front and rear spoilers and bulgy rear fender wells.

This Porsche 928 GTS is painted Grand Prix white with a beige leather interior. It has heated lumbar support, power seats, power windows, power steering, power brakes, sport shock absorbers, and an air conditioning system. It has 59,142 miles and is one of 190 examples sold to the U.S. market.
