1973 Maserati Bora Navigation
From 1971 to 1980, Maserati built just 564 examples of the Bora. 275 of those were given the 4.9-liter engine. The Bora, with the 4.7-liter engine, could reach a top speed of over 173 mph. This particular example was produced on July 27th of 1973 and was finished in Rosso Fuoco with a White interior. It was shipped to Larry Reed Inc., the Maserati dealership on Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills, before being delivered to its first owner, John Krosnoff, also of Beverly Hills, on 30 May 1975.
The later ownership history is not known. When it was acquired by the Riverside International Automotive Museum, it was still finished in its original red over white color scheme and retaining its original engine.
