2002 Bentley Arnage Red Label Sedan

The Bentley Arnage was the company's top-of-the-range between 1998 and 2009. In 2002, after further development and improvement, the Series 2 was introduced. Known as either the Arnage 'R' or 'T', the Series 2 was refined in all areas, including the engine which now featured Bosch Motronic engine management and 2 small 'Garret T3' Turbochargers replacing the previous single large T4.

The 'R' trim level was the luxury specification car and had a softer ride and more restrained interior. The 'T' was the performance focused model with stiffer suspension, aluminum turned dashboard and split rim alloy wheels with very low profile tyres.

With the help of a twin turbocharged overhead valve V8 engine, the Bentley Arnage was the fastest production sedan in the world at the time. The Motronic 7.1.1 'Engine Management System' gave the engine the right amount of fuel and air mixture, and was responsible for handling the Bosch electronic stability program. With a price tag of about $235,000, these powerful and luxurious vehicles were for the discerning customers.

This example is finished in Barnato Green with Saddle leather throughout the interior. It has been driven less than 28,000 miles. It has finely crafted real wood accents on the dashboard door panels and surrounding the controls for the power seats. Full climate control and premium sound system are also part of this package as is the hand-crafted steering wheel created with dark green leathers. It rides on its original alloy 'Red Label' wheels. In the trunk is a pair of matching umbrellas strapped to the back board.
