1953 Sunbeam Talbot Alpine Navigation
The earliest history of this Sunbeam Talbot is not known. It has been given a complete restoration, which included an upgrade to a Tremec five-speed, fully-synchronized gearbox. It has its original heater, which was a factory option.
Its Sapphire Blue over an Ivory leather interior with tan carpeting is original to the car. There are white-sidewall tires on 16-inch diameter wheels.
Since the restoration work was completed, the car has been driven just over 800 miles. In 2015 it completed the Monte Shelton Northwest Classic rally without incident and received the rally's Concours de Elegance trophy.
The car has its correct spare wheel, jack, tools (including an engine cranking handle), an original owner's manual, as well as its original transmission and column linkage.By Daniel Vaughan | Apr 2017
