1985 Aston Martin Lagonda Saloon

This Series 3 Lagonda has many Avant-grade features, including the distinctive futuristic flattened snout and rear end, rectangular headlamps with hood pop-ups, shortened central front grille and a fighter-jet configured console, controlling one of the first ever computer management and digital instrument systems. Power is from an all-alloy dual-overhead-cam 5.4-liter V8 engine which offers 305 horsepower and 288 lb.ft. of torque. Zero-to-sixty mph is accomplished in just 6.5 seconds despite its impressive size and weight. Top speed is achieved at 150 mph.

This is an early Series 3 model and benefits from a fuel injection system, an upgrade on its Series 2 predecessors, which were carbureted. Since 2013, over $70,000 has been spent on the car making it one of the best examples in existence. Currently, the odometer shows just under 47,000 original miles.

This car includes many extras, including the original briefcase-style tool kit, owner's manual, and a copy of the build sheet.

Between 1974 through 1990, just 645 Lagondas were built, of which a mere 75 were Series 3.
