1969 Ferrari 365 GTC Navigation
The 365GTC was a logical amalgamation of the earlier 'luxury' 330 2+2's V12 - that is 3967cc for 300 horsepower at 7000 RPM - and the short wheelbase measuring 2400mm - 275GTB with 500 Superfast styling elements from Pininfarina. Delivered new from the factory to Garage Francorchamps, the Ferrari importer for Belgium, this GTC was sold on to Belgian Pierre Desy on February 25, 1969. The current owners acquired the car in July of 2012 and put it through a complete mechanical and cosmetic restoration. The car is finished in Blu Tourbillion over beige. (A tourbillion aims to counter gravity in the workings of a wrist watch. Just why this car's blue is named Tourbillion remains obscure.)
