1954 Arnolt-Bristol Bolide Roadster

Arnolt Bristol 404X3040 was the 40th car built in 1954 out of a total of 142 produced between 1954 and 1959. The chassis is outfitted with a custom Bertone body. It was originally delivered as a Bolide (competition model designated with a C) but equipped from the factory with a deluxe dash and top of which only two examples are documented in the current Arnolt Bristol registry total of about 45 cars. It raced in period in California in the late 1950s and moved to Europe in the late 1980s. The car had been in Sweden since 1990 until being found by the current owner who started restoring it in 2015. A nut and bolt cosmetic and mechanical restoration to its original condition was completed with guidance from numerous marque experts. All the original books and tools accompany the car.
