This car was purchased from the Lola factory in early 1981 by J.L.P. Racing. It is one of only nine T600s built by Lola. The car was initially campaigned in the IMSA GTP category from 1981 to 1983 by John Paul Jr. It was sold after the 1983 racing season and passed through various owners and campaigned in various liveries. The car was purchased by Don Devine in the late 1980s and sat in storage until the summer of 2014, when it was acquired by the current owners.
Since then, the car has received a full bare frame, two-year restoration. The car is presented in the J.L.P. Racing livery as raced by John Paul Jr.
