2010 Porsche 911 GT3 Coupe

The cars in the Porsche 911 GT series are all about performance. There are no rear seats and there is no all-wheel drive, the clutch is heavy, and the suspension is so stiff you'll feel every pebble on the road. In 2010 the Porsche 911 GT3, a second generation 997, was the top of the Porsche 911 family tree. Bore increased from 3.9 to 4.0 inches, raising displacement from 3.6 to 3.8 liters and horsepower to 435 with 317 ft-lbs of torque. The race inspired engine, a 24-valve flat 6 with port fuel injection, propels the car from 0 to 60 mph in 3.7 seconds and to a top speed of 193 MPH.

Aerodynamic downforce was nearly double that of the earlier GT3, thanks to a new rear wing design coupled with a 1.2-inch drop in ride height. To reduce drag the underside of the car is covered by a flat tray and there is special ducting for the rear brakes.
