1948 Hudson Commodore Navigation
The new Hudsons were introduced to the public in December of 1947. Priced from $2,069 for the Super 6 Business Coupe, the Hudsons delivered value and styling at an affordable cost. 142,454 examples of the new 'Stop Down' Hudsons were sold in 1948.
This gold-colored 'Step Down' Commodore was part of the Eldon Hostetler collection. It has a clock, heater, pushbutton radio, standard three-speed transmission, and white sidewall tires.
