1932 Lancia Artena Spider

This right-hand drive Lancia Artena Spider, series 1, with Brianza Milano custom coachwork is an untouched barn find example stored for over 50 years. Built on April 9, 1932, and originally purchased in France, it is a documented matching numbers example by the factory in Torino with original paperwork and ownership history dating back to the 1930s. It is believed to be the only surviving example. It remained in the previous owner's collection for over 58 years. The original manual and newspaper ad was included in the exchange of ownership. The vehicle was featured in 'The Book of Sports Cars-1959'. The Lancia is powered by a two-litre V4 engine with a four-speed manual gearbox and features a sliding pillar-type front suspension.

Unique attributes of the Artena are a fold-down windscreen, side curtains, and a rumble seat. This car was recently carefully preserved to make it roadworthy without disturbing the original patina.
