1970 Sizzler Dragster Navigation
Designed by Steve Swaja for Tony Nancy. This was Tony's only front engine top fuel dragster. It was the 1970 NHRA Winternationals runner-up. It also was the 1970 Bakersfield Famous March Meet winner and was the last FED to win. It was the last FED to set NHRA Top Speed Record on 1/15/72 at Lions with 233.16 mph and set many top speed and low elapsed times at numerous drag strips. It has been memorialized in the autobiography 'The Loner' with the forward by James Garner.
The car is powered by a 426 cubic inch V8 developing 2,000 horsepower.
