This long-wheelbase Benz is brightly adorned in light grey and accented with red coachlining. The chassis and wheels provide contrast in bright red which nicely harmonizes with the copious brass brightwork. There are brass side lamps, headlamps, and a swiveling spotlight, as well as a serpentine bulb horn. The seating is upholstered in red vinyl and the cockpit displays a wood dashboard and steering wheel.Benz & Cei was building no fewer than 25 different sizes of four-cylinder engines prior to World War I. This car is powered by a 5890 cc T-head engine that had cylinders cast in pairs.
