The Porsche 356 B Cabriolet was given the new T5 body with recontoured fenders, higher bumpers, and a revised interior. This particular cabriolet example has a period-correct, high-performance Super 90 engine offering 90 horsepower. It is finished in lustrous black paint with a tan interior. Since 2005, it has been a part of the James G. Hascall Collection. While in Mr. Hascall's care, the car was received cosmetic and mechanical work including a professional engine rebuild. Power is from a 1,582cc air-cooled flat four-cylinder engine fitted with Twin Solex carburetors and develops 90 horsepower. There is a four-speed manual transmission and four-wheel hydraulic drum brakes.
