1955 Hagemann Special Navigation
This vehicle is a 1955 Hagemann Chrysler Special that was built for an amateur racer named John Barneson. The body was formed by Jack Hagemann of San Leandro, California, and the Chrysler 300 Hemi motor was built by George Nauro. The chassis, built and designed by Hagemman, is a ladder-type frame of steel tubing. The solid axles in the front and rear are fitted to torsion bars and radius rods. Braking is handled by disc brakes.

This Hagemann Special raced at the 1956 Pebble Beach Road Races where Barneson finished 12th overall and 2nd in class. The car would earn at least three victories during the 1956 and 1957 seasons along with several podium finishes.
