    1986 Gemballa E30 Navigation
Gemball was founded in 1981, based in Leonberg near Stuttgart, Germany, and named after Uwe Gemballa. The company built and provided aftermarket parts, mainly for Porsche. Among their creations were the Avalanche based on the Porsche Type 930 Turbo Slant Nose, the Cyrrus Convertible, and the Mirage. The kits and modifications varied, often consisting of large wide body kits, upgraded wheels, interior, gauges, Hi-Fi audio systems, and side strakes in similar fashion to the Ferrari Testarossa.

This particular example is a BMW E30 Gemballa powered by a 2.5-liter six-cylinder engine mated to a five-speed manual transmission. It was built in Leonberg, Germany and is possibly the only E30 BMW in the United States. It has power assisted brakes, power steering, power windows, power locks, mirrors and sunroof. There is an AM/FM stereo with cassette, sports seats, and body modifications.
