    1937 Morgan Super Sport Navigation
Henry Frederick Stanley (H.F.S.) Morgan first started manufacturing three-wheeled light cars in 1909. Production continued until 1949, after the advent of his four-wheel sports cars in 1936. The three-wheeler offered sports car performance with more comfort than motorcycles. Three models were available: a family four-seater, a sports model, and a Super Sports, which gained much success in competition and held many speed records at Brooklands and other notable race tracks of the time. The Morgan Motor Co. is still hand-building sports cars to this day, with an annual production rate of approximately 700 cars per year.
