1986 Lamborghini Countach Navigation
This Quattrovalvole Countach was built for the CEO of Lamborghini, Patrick Mimran. It was finished in Bordeaux Speciale, a one-off paint used only on this Countach, accompanied by Panna (cream) leather and Oro (gold) wheels. The factory tuned the engine to 470 horsepower with sports cams, and an additional oil cooler and prototype dashboard were installed. The car was completed on May 13, 1986, and immediately featured in Road & Track magazine. Mimran drove his one-off Countach on trips to Geneva, Monte Carlo, St. Tropez and Bologna and eventually sold the car to a Swiss gentleman. In 2015, Joe and Margaret Sackey acquired the Countach and shipped it to the States. Thereafter, the Countach was transported to Dugan Enterprises in California for a world-class restoration. When it reemerged in 2017, it was dressed exactly as it was in 1986. The significance of this Countach has been recognized by numerous media, including Classic & Sports Car magazine, Octane and Automoible magazine, which featured this Countach in 2020 stating 'All these years later the Lamborghini Countach is still the stuff of dreams.'
