1952 Ferrari 212 Inter Coupe

This Vignale Coupe was delivered new with the shorter 2,500mm chassis and the three Weber arrangement. It wore a two-tone color scheme of Grey over Beige. Its Certificato d'Origine is dated August 6th of 1952 and sold new to Eugene Lanz of Rohrbach, Switzerland. It was first registered on August 16th of 1962. Later that same month it was traded in to a Ford dealership toward a limousine and sold to a new owner. Its four owner (Walter Messerli) acquired it a decade later, in February of 1963. Mr. Messerli placed it into long-term indoor storage. A Swiss dealer acquired it in mid-2003 and passed it to Michael Stollfuss of Bonn, Germany. Mr. Stollfuss commissioned a sensitive restoration by Mario Linke's Methusalem Restoration in Cologne, Germany. Much of the original upholstery was conserved.

In 2005 it appeared at the AvD-Oldtimer-Grand-Prix at Nürburgring, Germany. In 2006 it was shown at the Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este in Como-Cernobbio, Italy, and also participating in the 2006 Mille Miglia in Brescia, Italy.

In April of 2013, the car was sold and returned to Switzerland.
