Sold for $26,400 at 2019 RM Sothebys : Hershey.
An engineer named by William Kelly designed the Model 30, which was introduced in 1908. It had a three-speed transaxle and the early examples used thermosyphon cooling which were prone to overheating. This issue was quickly resolved by installing water pumps, but not before it ruined the car's reputation.

The Everitt-Metzger-Flanders Company was taken over by the South Bend wagon maker-turned-auto manufacturer, Studebaker, in 1912.

This particular example was acquired by the Merrick Auto Museum in 2006. Past owners include Kenneth Powell of Stockbridge, Georgia. The car was given a frame-off restoration and finished in red, with black accent striping and fenders. There are cream wheels that are accented in red. There are E&J brass acetylene headlamps and oil side-lamps and taillamp. It has a brass windshield from Westchester Appliance Company of Bronx, New York, 34 × 3½ Firestone Non-Skid tires, black buttoned tufted leather upholstered seats, and a full canvas touring top.
