2000 Chevrolet Corvette C5-R Navigation
Charles Morgan designed and built the chassis and Sam Garrett designed the suspension for this and the sister car in the mid-to-late 1990s. These cars were originally bodied as Olds Cutlasses and were very successfully raced from Sebring in March of 1995 all the way through to the last race in Dallas in September of 1996 and 2 cars were completed for both Charles and Rob Morgan.
This Corvette is chassis 001 and made its debut at the January 2002 Daytona 24 after a year of development the car was ready for the 2003 Daytona 24 when it had an incredible run.
