1955 Packard Caribbean Navigation
This 1955 Packard Caribbean Convertible is believed to be the 33rd built that year and left the factory finished in triple Onyx with a white convertible top and boot cover. The car was sold new through James L. Cooke Motors Limited of Toronto, Ontario, Canada to George Montagu Black II. It is believed that Mr. Black ordered the car in all-black, and the data tag only notes one color, 'V' for Onyx. The car has remained in the Black family from new and currently has 19,513 miles on the odometer.
This Caribbean has a driver mirror, power seat, windows, steering brakes, and convertible top. The interior has its original leather, radio, and clock. The car has recently received a complete engine rebuild, a new fuel pump, a new power brake unit, front brakes, new tie rod ends, new rear shocks, and four new tires.By Daniel Vaughan | Jun 2020
