1915 Lozier Type 82 Navigation
Lozier Type 82 Seven-Passenger Touring retains its original body, chassis, hardware, and engine. It was in the Barney Pollard Collection for four decades and has had just three owners in 70 years. Currently, it has just over 41,000 miles which are believed to be original.
Barney Pollard acquired the car in 1951 and remained with the family a decade after his passing. The car received a restoration around 1999 and won an AACA National First in 2003 and was shown at the Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance the following year. It has been on display at the Champlain Valley Transportation Museum in Plattsburgh, where Lozier originated, since that time.
This Lozier has an original electric starter and an electric fuel pump. This is the only known example of the 1915 Type 82 to have survived complete with its original components.By Daniel Vaughan | Jun 2020
