1931 Austin Seven Roadster

This Austin Seven received coachwork by the H. Taylor & Co. of London. The roadster body featured a V windshield, suicide doors, and Kamm tail. It is believed that three examples of this body type were bodied by H. Taylor & Company. Around 2010 the car was given a full nut-and-bolt restoration commissioned by its current owner.

The car, wearing PL7846 British number plants, had been shipped to the United States in 1965. Prior to this, from 1958 to 1963, it was owned by Denis Hopkin who had sold it to Miss May O'Boyle, who exported it to Texas in 1965 and reportedly ended up in a museum. The current owner acquired it in 2006 from Alfredo Brener of Houston.
