This Porsche 914 is finished in Continental Orange with black upholstery and rides on Fuchs alloy wheels. It was prepared for vintage racing for Tommy Trabue by Sanders Imports of Marietta, South Carolina. The 1991cc SOHC flat 6-cylinder engine has twin Weber carburetors and develops an estimated 180 horsepower. There are a five-speed manual transaxle and four-wheel ventilated disc brakes. There is an independent suspension with torsion bars in the front and coils springs in the rear. The engine has been race-prepared with a single plug distributor, Carrera oil pump, and Xtreme cylinder heads. The gearbox was upgraded with a billet aluminum intermediate plate, Guards limited-slip differential, and a transmission cooler. There is a Fuel Safe fuel cell, and it has been wired for night driving.

This 914 has a removable Richie Ginther-style windscreen, which produces an approximately 36% frontal area reduction and 50-pound weight saving.
