1994 Toyota Supra Coupe

The Toyota Supra is a sports car and grand tourer manufactured by Toyota Motor Corporation from 1972-2002 and again in 2019 to the present. The car was made famous from its roots in the underground Japanese 'Midnight Racing' club and the subsequent movie franchise 'Fast and Furious which was loosely based on the club and the exploits of the lead character who drove a Toyota Supra.

The styling of the original Supra was derived from the Toyota Celica and its performance roots from the famed 2000GT. Starting in mid-1986, the original 'A70 Celica Supra' became a separate model from Celica - dropping the Celica name and becoming the stand-alone 'Supra' that we know today.

The Fourth Generation car - A80- saw Toyota placing great emphasis on a more serious high-performance car. The A80 featured a twin-turbocharged 2J-GTE engine option, a new six-speed Getrag gearbox, and specialized features like a four-sensor, four-channel track-tuned ABS system with yaw control. This unique Formula One inspired braking system provided the best braking performance of any production car at the time.
