1957 Austin-Healey 100-6 Navigation
The 100-6 BN4, which replaced the Austin-Healey 100, was instantly recognizable to the public as an Austin-Healey. However, it introduced several compelling improvements. Chief amongst them is its six-cylinder engine. Additionally, there were two small rear seats, a fixed windshield, and a wider radiator grille that was mounted in a slightly lower location. Where the 100 was clearly a sports car, the 100-6 was clearly designed with added comfort for longer drives, but it still retained the 100's sporting character.
This car was initially retailed by the Sheward Motor Company in Pittsburg, Kansas. Following long-term storage, the car has been returned to running condition. The car has traveled only 16,500 miles and retains its factory finish of Healey Blue over a blue interior. The car is powered by a 2.6-liter in-line six-cylinder engine and has a four-speed manual gearbox with overdrive.
The car received a Zenith Survivor certificate in 2011.
