1929 Chrysler Imperial Series 80L Navigation
In 1929, the Chrysler Imperial 80-L was at the top of the line as the flagship model. Offered with a choice of eight factory body styles, a connoisseur was able to have the car built with 'factory custom' bodies produced by the Locke Coachbuilding Company of New York.

This car is one of just four Imperial 80-L Locke Roadsters known to exist. The unique body features a side entry rumble seat with a folding upper panel that when raised, becomes a windshield for the rear seat passengers. It is powered by a 309 cubic-inch six-cylinder engine that produces 100 horsepower. This guarantees all-day 80 miles per hour cruising, thus the '80' designation. It has been completely restored to as-delivered condition.
