    1954 Devin Panhard Navigation
Bill Devin was an innovative car designer from California. he started as a Chrysler-Plymouth dealer, eventually expanding to sell exotic cars. An avid racer, he would campaign several successful Ferraris. he sold his Ferrari 250MM to a Michigan buyer and took a 1953 Deutsch-Bonnet LeMans race car in trade. This, along with his fascination with the DB's horizontally opposed two-cylinder Panhard engine, sparked his enthusiasm to build his own race cars.

With numerous unique features, the Dyna-Panhard served as the basis for his first race cars. He would offer superchargers, overhead camshafts, and a variety of other options. With a fiberglass body created by pulling a body mold from the aerodynamic DB, this car is one of just 15 produced. Highly competitive in 1955 and 1956, it earned four podium finishes in the SCCA H-Modified class. This is believed to be the first or second car built and it has been faithfully restored to its original as-raced specifications.
