1959 Turner 950S Navigation
The Turner vehicles were built from 1950 to 1961 in Wolverhampton, United Kingdom by Jack Turner, a very successful British race driver. Their lightweight and unique adjustable suspension made them very competitive racers. In 1958 and 1959, Turner took the United Kingdom's sportscar racing overall team prize. Car and Driver proclaimed Tuner 'an unholy terror' in SCCA production racing and he went on to become known as 'The Tiny Terror' by Road & Track. All Turners were customized to taste upon order as they were hand-built upon special order.
This example was ordered with racing in mind, as it came equipped with a highly tuned version of the BMC-A series engine along with disc brakes.
