1965 Fiat Jolly 500 Navigation
This Fiat 500 Jolly has resided in California since 1973 when it was imported directly from Italy. It spent most of its existence in Palm Desert and most recently in Newport Beach. It is one of the few examples based on the extended platform Giardiniera estate version of the 500, with the engine under the boot floor, affording a generous luggage area.
This 1965 Fiat 500 Jolly Giardiniera was restored in 2019 and finished in Red over Tan Wicker colors. It rides on BF Goodrich Silvertown white-wall tires with new upgraded Jolly hubcaps. The 499cc OHV 2-cylinder engine produces approximately 22 horsepower at 4,000 RPM and there is a four-speed manual transmission.By Daniel Vaughan | Nov 2022
