1955 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwing Navigation
The previous owner of this Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwing purchased it to commute to and from college. Unfortunately, there were steering issues, as well as the difficulty of tossing a coin into the toll basket through a Gullwing vent window which led him to park it, and there it remained. When the current owner acquired the Gullwing, it had been residing in a garage at a salvage yard on a lift for 44 years. After coming into the care of its current caretakers, it was given a comprehensive restoration by R&R Automotive Restoration. The interior and exterior were left in 'Barn Find' condition.
