2001 Rolls-Royce Corniche Convertible Coupe

Rolls-Royce produced 374 examples of the Corniche convertible by the time production ceased in 2003. With a base price of $359,900, it was the most expensive Rolls-Royce on offer. At its heart was a 6,750cc turbocharged V-8 engine with electronic fuel injection delivering 325 horsepower at 4,000 RPM. Equipment included a four-speed automatic transmission, an independent suspension, and four-wheel disc brakes.

This Rolls-Royce Corniche was purchased new through Rolls-Royce of Beverly Hills and ordered in Black over Autumn hides, Wilton wool Sahara carpets with Autumn trim, and a Black top with a Soft Tan headliner. The car arrived in the port of Los Angeles on December 23, 2000, and was first registered to Thomas Stewart, then Chairman and CEO of Service Group of American, of Paradise Valley, Arizona, on March 14, 2001.

The car remained with Mr. Stewart for eight years, accruing 17,000 miles under his ownership. The current caretaker acquired the car in 2008 with 17,024 miles on the odometer. Since the acquisition, it has accumulated an additional 23 miles.
