This 1972 Blackhawk Coupe was sold new on July 23, 1973, to Merlyn 'Mike' F. Mickelson of Minneapolis. Sold at the astronomical sum of $38,500, it was one of 31 examples built in 1972. The car remained with Mr. Mickelson for over four decades. The second owner retained it for six years before selling it to the current owner in 2022.
This Blackhawk has 20,800 miles on its odometer. The 455 cubic-inch overhead valve Pontiac V8 engine is fitted with a single four-barrel carburetor and delivers 425 horsepower.
