1956 Arnolt-Bristol Bolide Navigation
This 1956 Arnolt-Bristol Deluxe Roadster retains its original two-liter, hemi-head BS1 MKII 130-horsepower engine equipped with triple Weber 34 ICH carburetors. It has a box-section chassis, a transverse-leaf front suspension, a live rear axle, and curved full-figured Bertone bodywork. Much of its body is original, with the original hammer marks and spot welds still visible underneath.
While in the Tom Mittler collection, the car received a restoration in its present dark grey livery with a leather interior. In 2011, the car entered new ownership in the Midwest where it would reside for nine years. In 2020, it was acquired by the current caretaker.By Daniel Vaughan | Jun 2023
