1994 Mazda RX-7 Coupe

The first generation of the Mazda RX-7, arriving in 1978, came equipped with the 12A rotary engine and the exterior bodywork wore wedge-shaped styling. The second generation FC was substantially updated with an updated 13B powerplant and styling revisions. The third and final generation RX-7 was introduced in 1992 and wore modern, updated styling, a new monocoque chassis with 20 percent more torsional rigidity over its predecessor, and a curb weight of 2,800 pounds. This final generation, known as the FD, was so successful that it was awarded Motor Trend's Import Car of the Year award in 1993.

First offered in either Base, Touring, or R1 trim level, all models received a sequentially-turbocharged, twin-rotor 1.3-liter 13B engine. The RX-7 Touring had a five-speed manual transmission, fog lights, a sunroof, a front spoiler, and Bose Acoustic Wave audio.

This particular 1994 Mazda RX-7 was delivered new to Roseville Mazda of Roseville, California. It wore a Montego Blue Mica exterior with a tan interior. It was in the care of its original owner until 2022 and currently has fewer than 25,000 miles on its odometer.
