The next owner was Hank Griffin, and the car is visibly identifiable due to the addition of the small roll hoop atop the original roll-bar. Mr. Griffin campaigned the car from in SVRA events from 1988 to 1997 when the car was sold to Grant Larkson of Palo Alto California.
Mr. Larson ran the Morgan in the 1998, 1999 and 2001 Monterey Historics, HMSA events at several venues, CSRG Events at Thunderhill, Sears Point, and Portland Historics, as well as the Coronado in 2000.
In 2005, the Morgan was sold to the current owner who has campaigned the Morgan at the Coronado Speed Festival as well as California Speedway and Willowsprings.
This Competition Model, with chassis number 1039 and original registration number EUY 617C was personally autographed by Peter Morgan.
The car was purchased new on December 29, 1964, by Horace Roberts, Dunhampton, England.
