1953 Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight Navigation
The 1954 Oldsmobile Fiesta had a wraparound windshield, a unique two-tone livery in a variety of colors, unique Fiesta wheel covers, and leather upholstery in a special pattern. Endowed with the latest technologies, the Fiesta had Bendix power brakes, 12-volt electrics, Saginaw power steering, and power seats and windows. Under the bonnet was the 'Rocket' overhead vale V8 engine displacing 303 cubic inches and paired with an advanced four-speed automatic transmission.
The Ninety-Eight convertible was priced at $3,229, with the list price of the Fiesta far exceeding that figure at $5,717. A mere 458 examples were built and it is believed that fewer than thirty examples were built.
This particular 1953 Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight Fiesta wears a Turquoise and Arctic White two-tone exterior, the same color scheme it wore when it left the factory.
