1931 Chrysler CG Imperial Roadster

1931 Chrysler Imperial CG is one of 100 LeBaron Roadsters produced in 1931. It resides on a 148-inch wheelbase platform and is powered by a 348 cubic-inch straight-8-cylinder engine paired with a four-speed manual transmission. There are hydraulic brakes, dual side-mounted spare tires, a rear luggage rack, a fabric cloth top, mid-body storage compartment, and a rumble seat. Other items include cowl lamps, a split windscreen, a 100 MPH speedometer, chrome wire wheels with center caps, and whitewall tires.

This Chrysler was given a restoration by restorer John M. Wheatley as an 'exacting' rebody of a LeBaron Roadster. The chassis originally supported the body of an Imperial Sedan.
