2003 Saleen S7 Navigation
Essentially a race car built for the street, the Saleen S7 was a homologation special with a bespoke chassis, a lightweight carbon-fiber body, and powered by a 7.0-liter V8 engine. Zero to sixty mph was accomplished in just 3.3 seconds, and top speed at an estimated 220 mph. Built by Ford Mustang tuner Steve Saleen, the S7 did not release official production figures, but estimates indicate approximately 78 units were built in both racing and street specification.
This S7 was purchased directly from Steve Saleen and fitted with the Competition Package which added an aggressive rear wing, racing-style seats, and additional downforce. It wore a Signature Red paint scheme and was equipped with racing-style Triple Y headers.
This Saleen was used for promotional purposes, including the 2012 Los Angeles and 2014 Beijing Auto Shows. It was later sold to Angus Mitchel, who added it to his 'Toybox' collection. Currently, this Saleen has 3,655 miles on its odometer.By Daniel Vaughan | Nov 2024
