2002 Ferrari 360 Modena Coupe

The black Ferrari 360 Modena Berlinetta with chassis number ZFFYUS1A420130251 was offered for sale at the 2006 Worldwide Group Auction held on Hilton Head Island. It was estimated to sell for $160,000-$170,000. At the conclusion of bidding, the car was left unsold due to not meeting reserve.

The Pininfarina designed 360 Modena is at home on both road and track. The design was new for Ferrari, foregoing the single central grill in favor of the prancing horse logo. Two large radiator vents were placed at each corner just below each headlamp. The frame is constructed entirely of aluminum which was a first for Ferrari. Aluminum and carbon fiber were used throughout the vehicle. The Ferrari 360 proved to be very popular with around 2500 examples being produced each year. Production lasted from 1999 through 2004.

The example shown, carrying chassis number ZFFYUS1A420130251, is finished in black lacquer with matching black leather interior. It is outfitted with luxurious items such as a six-speed gearbox and air conditioning.
