    In 1930 there were two Auburn Eights. One sat atop a 125-inch wheelbase and was offered in four models. The price range was around $1200 through $1400. The vehicle was available in a sedan, sport sedan, cabriolet, and phaeton. The Custom Eight was on a 130-inch wheelbase, and the price ranged from $1500 through 1700. The engine provided 125 horsepower, while the base version was powered by a 100 horsepower 247 cubic-inch engine.
