Three-wheelers were popular in the United Kingdom due to excellent economy, good performance, and acceptable weather protection, while annual registration costs were very low.

The drive shaft transmits power to a three-speed (plus reverse) gearbox behind the seat, and a chain connects the drive to the rear wheel, which is supported on swing arms. The car has a wood body frame covered in sheet steel, resting on a steel tube chassis. This keeps the weight down to under 850 pounds. The car is stable when cornering, exhibiting heavy understeer. It is possible to lift the inside wheel if one uses careless technique.

This Morgan has a top speed of over 70 miles per hour.
