1963 Buick Wildcat Series 4600 Convertible

Appearing as a concept car in the 1950's, the Buick Wildcat was offered to the public as a Buick Invicta option in 1962. By 1963, the Wildcat became its own line and three body styles were offered - hardtop, sports coupe and convertible.

The 1963 Wildcat convertible came standard with bucket seats, electric clock, tachometer, center console and deluxe steering wheel. The Wildcat name appeared in script on the rear fenders and rear cove area and in block letters across the hood. The brushed finished inserts running from the front fenders to the middle of the doors contain three ventiports.

This 1963 Buick Wildcat convertible is equipped with many optional items including power steering, power brakes, power windows, factory air conditioning and automatic trunk release. A husky 325 horsepower, 401 cubic-inch overhead V-8 engine provides the power. Price from the factory was $3,961, not including options.
